Iraqi FM calls on Australia to intensify investment and trade cooperation

Fouad Hussein, Iraq’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, called for stronger prospects for investment and trade cooperation between Iraq and Australia. Paula Elizabeth Canley, Australia’s ambassador to Iraq, and the Minister discussed bilateral relations between the two nations and the value of developing them for the benefit of both nations.

The ambassador affirmed that her country is committed to providing assistance and support in a variety of fields with a view to establishing memoranda of cooperation between the two countries for the benefit of the two friendly nations.
