Iraqi-Turkish Economic Forum activities kick off in Kirkuk

The Iraqi-Turkish Economic Forum in Kirkuk kicked off activities to enhance partnerships between companies from the two countries. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, most companies and investors relied on mediation to conduct their business, resulting in an increase in goods burdening Kirkuk citizens, according to the first deputy of the Kirkuk Chamber of Commerce, Nuri Al-Salihi.

Iraqi-Turkish Economic Forum activities kick off in KirkukThe aim of the forum is to strengthen the bonds of cooperation between companies from Iraq and Turkey, so that the citizens of this province will be able to obtain goods at the best possible prices as a result of this collaboration. According to Al-Salihi, Turkish companies are in favor of this idea which encourages trade and strengthens the Iraqi economy while facilitating trade between the two countries.
